My daughter saved her money to buy herself a guitar. Decided to go to Gough & Davy. Great experience, very friendly. Alan helped her pick a guitar and straight away she fell in love with it. Same place I got a guitar 20 years ago! Thank you!

I wanted to buy my first small amp for my first electric uke and after looking at their comprehensive website I had a question, so sent a chat message and immediately got a very friendly voice calling me belonging to a man named Shaun. He asked me a few more details and was sure they would be able to sort me out. He was right, when I arrived I asked for him, he remembered my name and what I was coming to look at. I got just what I was after. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 mins drive each way and definitely not my last visit to the shop!

Extremely helpful. I cannot praise these guys (and gal,) enough. Sean was very welcoming and helped me choose. Alan has helped with any questions and very patient.I didn't feel rushed or pressured. A well stocked shop. Very,very pleased with purchase. Excellent after sales service.Travelled hour and a half to Hull. Pleased I did.

Went in for some guitar strings for my electric acoustic guitar and the woman helping was patient and helpful and the strings she recommended sound great and better than any of the crap on Amazon.
