Purchased a lovely Tanglewood electro acoustic guitar yesterday 25/3/25 from the Hull store, to enable my progression in guitar playing. Shaun who helped me was a lovely guy, informative, funny and knowledgeable, he listened to my requirements and ensured the guitar was suitable and what I required. All in all a great shopping experience, with a Billy Joel song played on the piano at my request (Shaun plays piano). Will definitely return. Thanks Shaun.

Left with a lovely 1/2-size guitar, case and beginner book for our daughter. She even got a blast of Happy Birthday on the piano. This is a lovely shop with amazing staff. Have walked into other music shops and been ignored, but not here. I will be back soon when it's time for me to buy a new electric guitar, even though it's a journey for us.

Brilliant service and helpful staff. I had planned on getting a nylon stringed guitar for a while and was struggling to find one. The staff here helped massively and offered me (without me even asking) if I was interested in playing. 10/10 definitely going back when I look into my next Investment.

Exceptional Guitar Buying Experience – Highly Recommended! I recently purchased a Gretsch G5122 Electromatic from Gough & Davy, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. 🚚 Super Fast & Secure Delivery The guitar was shipped via FedEx and arrived incredibly fast. The packaging was beyond impressive—so secure that you could probably drop a nuke on it, and the guitar would still be intact! 🤯 Top-notch protection and care in shipping, which is rare these days. 🎸 The Guitar – Stunning Quality! Even though it was sold as second-hand, the condition is practically mint—I was honestly shocked at how perfect it looks and feels. This was my first experience with a Gretsch, and I can confidently say it was money well spent. The tone is absolutely amazing, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. 💬 Customer Service – Smooth & Professional From the moment I placed my order to the moment it arrived, the process was easy, hassle-free, and professional. The team at Gough & Davy clearly values their customers and ensures that every step of the buying process is smooth and enjoyable. ⭐️ Final Thoughts This shop deserves more attention and more customers! I can say without hesitation that Gough & Davy has gained a loyal customer for life. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and passionate music store, look no further. Big thank you to the team – I’ll definitely be back for more! 🎶🎸🔥
