All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful, especially Shaun, who gave great advice when I purchased a new digital piano. G&D stored my piano for me after purchase as at the time, I couldn't accept a delivery at home, which they didn't have to do and sourced a matching piano stool for me in the meantime.

Went in today with my bass broken. They had it fixed in about 10 mins. Great service and my bass is as good as new

We were looking to upgrade a trusty Yamaha keyboard and a much loved acoustic guitar and popped into Gough & Davy in Hull hoping - but not necessarily expecting - that they would be able to match our requirements.
