Second Hand Elkhart 100TR Trumpet

The 100TR has a rose lead pipe which gives a mellow, if slightly darker tone straight from the mouthpiece through to the bell, and also makes it sing in the middle to low registers. This combined with the medium .459 bore, gives a smooth sounding instrument with plenty of character and expression. An adjustable 3rd slide ring and 1st slide thumb hook enables extended range notes to be reached whilst maintaining correct tuning. Finally, the instrument is free-blowing – perfect for encouraging beginners to make a sound for the first time.
