I wanted to buy my first small amp for my first electric uke and after looking at their comprehensive website I had a question, so sent a chat message and immediately got a very friendly voice calling me belonging to a man named Shaun. He asked me a few more details and was sure they would be able to sort me out. He was right, when I arrived I asked for him, he remembered my name and what I was coming to look at. I got just what I was after. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 mins drive each way and definitely not my last visit to the shop!

Very helpful, held a guitar back for me after I paid a deposit, assisted in what a mystery switch did, staff were very polite and knowledgeable, would recommend buying from here.

A well stocked shop. Very,very pleased with purchase. Excellent after sales service.Travelled hour and a half to Hull. Pleased I did.

I bought a secondhand electric guitar online and Richard could not have been more helpful. Excellent friendly service and quick delivery. I am extremely pleased with my purchase

Went in for some guitar strings for my electric acoustic guitar and the woman helping was patient and helpful and the strings she recommended sound great and better than any of the crap on Amazon.
