NES-1 is a wireless digital wind instrument with keys arranged to accommodate saxophone players. Powered by its own internal battery and rechargeable via USB, which also serves as an interface for firmware updates. A set of 50 high definition, multi-sampled instruments are included with expression elements based on breath and reed pressure sensors for an authentic playing experience. The internal menu drives an onboard display for playing settings and even offers an option for trumpet fingering for brass players. NES-1 is also equipped with a specially designed dual-speaker system to provide immediate sound for the player and listeners, which can also receive an audio stream via Bluetooth® for playback through the instrument. In addition to the wired main and headphones output jacks, there is a complete built-in wireless system. Opening the bottom compartment of the NES-1 reveals a 5.8GHz plug-in receiver, which can be connected directly to a mixing console or audio interface for wire-free connection to a sound system or recording equipment. The bottom compartment also serves as a charging dock for the receiver, making this the most compact and convenient connection method possible. The mouthpiece is removable for cleaning and there is a neck strap attachment for support whilst playing. In all, the NES-1 provides a playable and expressive instrument for saxophonists and woodwind players, whilst opening up a world of new sounds and flexibility.

Excellent service of my guitar by Rob at the Hull store - new strings etc. Service with a smile and genuine interest in my guitar. Highly recommended. The star rating wasn't working and would only let me highlight two stars. The service deserves 5 stars.

I recently bought my keyboard from here instead of doing online, and I'm happy I did! Upon entering the shop you'll notice the wide variety of instruments ( especially pianos) displayed. One of the staff members helpfully talked me throught the different kinds of keyboard and gave me an idea of what sort of thing I wanted to buy , this was pleasing as it felt as if he wasn't trying to sell me something and generally wanted to help me! 👍 I ended up buying the keyboard there and then and it has been a perfect fit for me ever since! I would definitely recommend this place, even if you just wanted advice!

Used Gough & Davy many times over the years and have always been happy with their service. Most recently, I bought a new digital piano yesterday and it's been delivered, fully set up andcready to play today. Couldn't be happier. The staff are all very knowledgeable and take their time to explain all the in's and ous of various different models to ensure you choose the right one for you. My family will always use Gough & Davy. Thank you guys.

Such a shame there aren’t more shops like this. What an absolute diamond of a place! Katie was fabulous sorting my daughter out with her first violin. We came from Grimsby but will be back again for all our future musical needs 🎵

I bought a Yamaha hybrid piano a few years ago from Gough & Davy and needed to replace one of the key tops. This was proving to be a logistical nightmare considering it was such a simple but integral part. Shaun stepped in and saved the day, for which I will be eternally grateful. Collected the replacement key today, Shaun couldn't have been more helpful, piano rescued - Cheers Shaun & G&D, my favourite music store for about 50 years!

I came in around a week ago and was greeted by the staff in a lovely manner. I was told to talk to Oli due to the type of guitar I was looking for. He was amazing and showed me a few things around what I was looking for. He showed me how each guitar I considered sounded and compared them perfectly for me. Couldn’t be more grateful and walked out with a beautiful guitar!
